The third day of buffing out the car. The goal is to remove much of the orange peel, but leave just enough that would be similar to a factory paint job. So, we remove much of the orange peel on the top surfaces, leave much of it below the belt line. We use a wide 8 inch wool buffing pad, just as they used in the factory.
